Can I make changes to my eBook order?

Once you have completed your purchase on ColinMurrayShop.com, we are unable to accommodate any modifications to your order. This includes:

  • Changing the eBook title or version.
  • Altering the email address for eBook delivery.

Please Note: If an incorrect email address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible. ColinMurrayShop.com is not liable for refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.

When will my eBook be delivered?

Your order will be processed during regular business days. It may take up to 48 hours for your eBook to be processed for delivery. Please remember, we do not process orders on weekends. Any purchases made over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Once processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your eBook.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our eBook, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final once the purchase is made.

However, if there is an issue on our end (e.g., you received the wrong eBook), we will address the mistake by providing you with the correct product. Please ensure that you contact us immediately upon noticing any discrepancies.
